Veteran actor/producer, Joely Collins was looking to build an audience for CODED, her multi-award winning dramatic web series starring Jared Joseph. The six episodes from the first season lived on YouTube. Joely approached the Magnify team to audit the project’s existing online footprint, to analyze audience data, and to build an audience engagement strategy fro the series.
Using our proprietary ALERT system, the Magnify conducted a rigorous review of the project’s online presence and audience potential. The assessment revealed opportunities for improving the CODED website, searchabilty, and social media platforms. After implementing the optimizations, the Magnify team created a digital strategy to boost discoverability and target audience engagement using SMS, search and social advertising.
In 27 days, the Magnify advertising campaigns generated over 28,000 views for CODED. As well, the SMS campaign helped the project stand out with commissioning editors at the 2016 Banff World Media Festival.
